Menu Scouts aggregates menus from all the vendors at your event into a single, user-friendly, and searchable menu. Optimized for performance, our menus ensure your event attendees can access them seamlessly on any network. Plus, we offer customization to align the menu with your event's unique branding. Our service is mobile-first, ensuring attendees can easily explore their food options directly on their phones.

Our Process

Once we've agreed to create your event menu, simply provide us with a list of vendors, and we'll handle the rest. We take care of aggregating and compiling each vendor's menu. If a vendor's menu isn't available online, we'll reach out to them directly. If we're unable to secure a menu for a vendor, you won't be charged for their inclusion. We aim to finalize your menu one month before your event. This timeline not only ensures a smooth attendee experience but also allows you to use the menu as a marketing tool in advance.

Flexible Updates

Not sure of your complete vendor list yet? No problem! You can send us additional vendor information as it becomes available, and we'll update your menu. We accept updates up until two days before the event.

Pricing

Our pricing is set at $25 per vendor, with flexibility based on event size or if you're hosting multiple events in the same year.
